Our Mission Statement
Candid Health & Social Care (CHSC) Ltd is a private organisation committed to delivering exceptional Domiciliary and Social Care services to the community. Our mission is to ensure that vulnerable individuals, including adults and young people, receive compassionate, personalised care that meets their unique needs and enhances their quality of life.
Under the leadership of Oluremi Abioro, our Registered Manager accredited by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. We are dedicated to recognising and respecting the diverse needs of those we serve, working collaboratively to empower service users and their families. By providing tailored support when needed, we promote independence and encourage individuals to live fulfilling lives.
Our approach is centred on enabling service users to exercise choice and control, make informed decisions, and access opportunities within their local community. Through our inclusive, dynamic, and flexible care solutions, we strive to create a supportive environment where every individual can thrive with dignity and confidence.
Our carers uphold our reputation and are valued in the community. They are themselves part of our own community of special people wanting to deliver the highest standard of care – upholding the principles of kindness and compassion – to give our clients dignity and respect and their families the greatest gift of all – peace of mind.

That Something Extra
Embrace Cultural Differences
Candid Health & Social Care specialises in providing home care to dependent adults – carefully matching carers to meet the needs of our clients.
We are growing through word of mouth and positive recommendations based on our consistently good service to our clients and carers.
We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and work closely with Social Services Departments and health professionals.
We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.
Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.
We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.
Our support staff are there to make sure that we have all the procedures working well to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, including our ability to start work for a client often within 24 or 48 hours of being asked.
